When older people drive the mobile scooters on main roads.
They go on 60mph roads but go about 20mph tops!!! So annoying, and very dangerous.

People who talk loud when on a mobile so that everyone knows they are on the phone!
People who sit with thier mobile phones on the table when at a restaurant/pub because they are expecting a text and want everyone to know about it.
