What are your opinions on Louis? Is he real or can only Steph see him?

He also has cancer and this is his second time at only 15 years old. He has filmed people he has lost and was also caught filming Steph. Frankie didn't notice him doing the filming and we haven't actually seen anyone bar Steph talking to him yet. He asked Steph "Are you scared?" and then told her "you should be" and also when Steph asked him did his friends he film die he didn't seem to answer the question. He also told Steph that she shouldn't push her mother away as he noticed them argue earlier on.
