Even though Mitzeee isn't really a Costello (her name is Ann Minniver), she's Heidi's cousin (as it was confirmed in Kim Tiddy's DS interview and other sites)
But after reading Rachel Shenton's DS interview, she said Riley and Carl are Mitzeee's cousins..... I kinda think she said it wrong :S

I have always thought she was Heidis cousin. I guess she got mixed up lol.
