Lucie should have been through, her final song 'one moment in time' was breathtaking! She has got a gorgeous voice and john and edward need to go!

It really is quite the joke! I'm probably going to have to because it's on in my house but i would not be watching x factor for any other reason next week. I seriously don't care who wins now.

same here, its just stupid, the whole idea of finding a great singer from the uk has just been completely sidetracked so we can have a few funny performances from 2 annoying guys who are basically ruining the others chances of becoming singers

I agree whole heartedly.

But John and Edward are getting way too much backlash..its not their fault they got more votes, its not their fault Louis put them in the finals, its not their fault Simon said deadlock. And ive seen people on facebook and twitter saying they should die. its seriously disgusting behaviour,and although Danni claims its not personal, everytime on the xtra factor she was asked to speak, she made jibes at the twins.

Lucie was one of my favourites, I was completely shell shocked by the bottom 2, and i knew someone great would be risked when Lloyd got through, and it was Danyl, Lucie, Jamie, and Jedwood standing.
Feel awful for her...shes got better and better, her performances have been flawless, and I hope she has a great future.
I will still be backing Danyl to win.

I agree that its totally unacceptable to say they should die and generally be nasty to them, i think sometimes people forget they're actual people because theyre on the telli

I do not think they should be in the competition though!

I was expecting them to go out tonight, but they are two lovely guys who dont deserve the flak they get for living a dream..it actually disgusts me how low people can go.

I only really liked Lucie and Joe, I also like Stacey a bit, and Lloyd but only because he is gorgeous, his voice needs to develop alot more I think, I could see him In a teenage boyband though, how fabb would that be xD

I agree with all the observations in this thread but Hev456's comments in particular exactly describe my feelings on the subject. Keep the comedy act in the singing contest for a bit if you must but Lucie Jones has every right to feel displeased.

I can see both sides of the arguement, Jedward cannot sing but they do entertain and get people talking alot more. Lucie has an amazing voice but hasn't really shown much personality in my opinion lol. Jedward grab headlines and get people watching x factor and Lucie is a great voice but not had the chance to show her personality much. I guess it all comes down to what people vote for...singing...entertainment....or the whole package.

On the upside I guess it gives Lucie a chance to do her own thing after the x factor and doesn't have to be tied down in one box. Laura White last year was the biggest shock for me and looks like Lucie is this years upto now.
