You would imagine he would have some burns/damage to hid body at the very least or have to have had skin grafts. Maybe the person in make up who specialised in make up burns/scars etc was axed.

All he has is a beard, you would think considering he had family visiting and friends they would had given him a trim.

Surely as part of his care and hygiene they would trim it, unless he normally looked that way.
