Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe has confessed she does worry her character Mercedes McQueen might get killed off. The actress has been in the soap since 2006 and with such dramatic storylines she admits anything can happen. Jennifer told Inside Soap magazine: "I have wondered about that! "About four years ago, I wasn't sure how much further Mercedes could go, but the writers do such a great job of keeping things fresh." Recently Mercedes has been turned into one of the soap villains, and Jennifer admits she absolutely loved exploring her character's darker side. She said: "I knew Mercedes had a hidden psycho in there somewhere! "After six-and-half years the writers still wow me with what they come up with.
