Jeff Rawle who played twisted serial killer Silas between 2010 and 2012 has praised the GHK storyline and was not aware that some of the internet community had him down as the Dee Valley Hospital murderer

Rawle stated jokingly that Silas was still at large and could make a return to the village

Having him come back and end Theresa would be great. I would love him to return for one final kill and to introduce a younger version of him to continue "his work" lol.
