It can be hard for a normal girl to cope when she suddenly finds that she has become a celebrity.
But for former Sugababes singer Mutya Buena and Hollyoaks star Carley Stenson, the solution was to go under the knife and achieve perfection through plastic surgery.
While Mutya, 25, paid £5,000 for implants in her bottom, 27-year-old Carley had a nose job, and both girls insist they are thrilled they made the decision to have the surgery.
