Telephone and 'expert' votes: will they be at all similar?

That's right. In response to the bloc-voting concerns now the telephone vote of a particular country will count for just half of their overall score. A group of music 'experts' will decide how to award the other half of the overall score of a country.

Who the 'experts' are and how they are selected though, I don't know.
