Matt LeBlanc, Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Greig play the three main characters. Stephen and Tamsin play a married couple called Sean and Beverly Lincoln who are also the writers of a BAFTA winning British sitcom. Matt plays a version of himself who ends up being cast as the main character in what is originally supposed to be an American remake but goes from being "Lyman's Boys" a show about the headteacher of a private school, to "Pucks!" a show about a hockey coach.
