How would Child Social Services allow him to look after the baby?

Not at the moment and Leah is annoying atm, pushing Ste to raise it and throwing a strop like fgs he just come out of a coma and found out his husband is dead. you not only got knocked up but also with your own brother's boyfriend. Which she doesn't even seem care what she has done to Lucas. Now she left Dillon (and Ste) to deal with the consequences of what they have done. I wonder if Rex will help. Rex's face when Leah and Ste were talking about the baby, He mentioned he was passed around like, and this will bring Ste and Rex together? I do wonder if Ste has now gotten attached and when Dillon steps up. He'll have to give it up. It also feels like a way to throw some drama and a child at Dillon and Lucas. When Lucas forgives.

It makes Leah seem like a bad mum, abandoning her baby

Plus surely law in the USA is different to the UK. Why bother with her going to the states it seemed random.
I think Rex will help Ste and become that Ethan babysitter role we had previously when he helped Darren. I don't see Dillon stepping up just watching from afar for a while.
