They could even go down the infection route but not sure if they could do that with a 6:30/7pm time slot. The complaints would be in the 100's.

An infected papercut, as you say it might be to much for 6.30 or 7 o'clock, maybe dedicate a week of late night specials to it. Having done literally no research, I can confidently say this is one subject so taboo no other soap has covered it..best soap two years running, guaranteed!

Serial papercutter would be awesome. You just know it will have a painful death like all hollyoaks baddies - the diamond cut shredder!

Haha, that would be epic, I hope Nico survives this train crash, she would make a great serial papercutter, stalking round the village with a pad of lined note paper, you just know Peri would be one of the first victims.

People will start wearing gloves and try and not fall victim. You know Patrick won't be happy - everyone will use it as an excuse to down tools and not go to school.

I was thinking they would do stillbirth but maybe. I would actually love to see a storyline unfold with a character that has perhaps never been seen but always been there, like an extra. Maybe they've been watching from the sidelines all these years and have developed an obsession then decide to take action. Hasn't been done before.
