Sir Alex would have signed him for the fans, he works hard on the pitch but rarely comes up with an end product, this in my opinion, makes me agree with Sir Alex and say he was not worth 25 million squids. Tevez is a traitor and will always be remembered as a traitor now, because quite frankly, he didn't do anything on the pitch worth remembering. As much as I dislike Michael Owen, he is a goal machine, when fit, so why pay 25 million for Tevez who when he goes off the pitch you say "aw well, he tried, bless him" when you can get Michael Owen for free who will bag you 20 goals a season if he is fit. |

I hope the Owen deal backfires but I have a feeling he will win you some crucial games just hope it isn't against us

Goals are all that count in the end but there's more chance of getting them with a mix of hard-working unselfish players putting in the effort to create chances and some goal-scorers, than just having the goal-scorers. There's certainly a place for a Tevez in every side. |
