I don't know how old everyone is on here, and I am guessing that a few of you will still be in school.

For people who aren't, what do you all do for a living?

I am a Fees Payroll Clerk...

I think it sounds more boring than it actually is, but don't get me wrong, it does get very boring at times

For anyone not sure what that is, all it means is that I pay people, and sort out a lot of tax queries and things like that.

Luckily I work for a big company, so I am kept quite busy.

I had a job in pensions when I was temping so feel your pain . I've just finished a university course and am therefore, in dinner party parlance, "between jobs".

Enjoy it, because when you get on, your life goes down hill apart from weekends

Actually I was a mature (ie Auld) student so have previously savoured the delights of work. Seems at the moment more jobs are disappearing then being created though.
