The original 'clean cut hunk' character of Hollyoaks Kurt was dating Natasha and she tragically died soon after he started his legendary fued with Rob Hawthorne, after Kurt caused Rob to be injured by drug dealers injured Rob wormed his way into Kurt's sister Lucy's affections and got her hooked on drugs, obviously infuriated Kurt vowed revenge on Rob after the evil drug dealer had caused Lucy to fall into a drug induced coma. Rob and Kurt had a showdown in France on a boat when Rob went overboard Kurt left him in the sea

he had an affair with Kate Patrick but after a while girlfriend Ruth took him back, however, things did not work out and Kurt decided to leave the Village vowing to Ruth that he and her would always be friends, a short time later Kurt was killed in a jet ski accident and when Rob returned to seek revenge on Lucy, Ruth, Lewis and Tony he taunted Lucy as he had them all captive in a pool that he had caused Kurt's fatal accident but this was a ruse by Rob to mess with the friends' heads and Kurt's death was actually an accident

What did you think of Kurt's storylines and character

I always use to remember his hair more than anything, then again looking at most hollyoaks guys hair nowadays not much has changed! Don't remember him with Natasha but liked him with Ruth & Kate. Loved how he followed Rob to France to get revenge for him getting Lucy hooked on drugs and left him in the sea. Liked his friendship with guys and even though he was classed as a bad lad he was still really likeable.

Kurt became a legend in the very first episode,pretty much the whole episode was him ridding his motorbike around Chester while being chased by the police and the whole thing was sound tracked by some wonderfully funky whaa-whaa guitars.I remember one scene where the police had him cornered on a gated pathway,but Kurt proved his prowess and superior skill on a 125,he managed to pop a wheelie and successfully negotiated the turnstile gate.the police and everybody at home were stunned by his skillz.

Wow, I never started watching full time until 1998 so I don't remember much about Hollyoaks beginnings, but that sounds an awesome way to start a soap

I think Kurt was a very bad-but-good lad if that makes sense

Yeah he was always in trouble with the cops for one thing or another. Was nice to see characters outside the village also which we hardly see now unless it is a special or something. He would certain show Bart up with his motorbike!

All I really remember about Kurt is his action scenes, I think he had so many, Fight with Spike, altercations with Rob....let's see dreary Dodger pull those kind of scenes off!

Lol well Kurt had his fair share of 'loves' but still managed to 'man up' when he needed too against Rob and Spike

Haha think it is good that some characters are marmite style be boring if everyone liked everyone and agreed. Maybe in a few yrs Dodger will man up and save Libby from someone rofl.
