Yeah he looks late 30's at the very least. I think he looks better though because the Hollyoaks/Brookie hair was pretty wild to say the least! Check these out lol..

I was going to say Jono! lol him and Ruby have big hair. Think Ricky/Jono/Ruby suit the look and look "tidy" where as Matt looks like he has just got out of bed...maybe that was the look they wanted.

Got tonnes of pics/mag scans on disks from over the years, funny looking back at them sometimes lots of memories come flooding back haha.

Random fact 3 weeks after he got the axe from brookie he was offered the role in oaks as the same character. That must have been good being on such a low then a high and not having to change/learn anything new.

Wow, only 3 weeks? They must of been hot on Matt...and Hollyoaks is, to my knowledge, the 1st UK soap to bring a character in from another soap, so Kristian holds that special accolade, shame they didn't keep him longer, I like what I call "real" character like Matt other examples Zac, Joe, Doug

i think you are right about not being many old school fans on....when people say "who's Becca/Ben/Dan/Lisa/Debbie" etc it makes me feel so old lol
