...if it's proved Tony is dead? I really don't know if I want to watch a Hollyoaks without Tony

Like all soaps, I'm a casual watcher anyway, like I watch if I feel like it, or if I've heard a storyline is going to interest me (which can lead to me sticking with the shows due to other storylines interesting me.)
I would be disappointed in Hollyoaks if they wrote out Tony this way, and it would feel wrong knowing he's gone, but I wouldn't give up on the show completely. I don't stop watching things out of anger, it's just not me.

Hollyoaks without Tony is no longer Hollyoaks for me.
I would still be invested in the likes of Jack, Tom, Darren, Mandy, Cindy, Nancy, Luke and I would give it a further 6 months or so to see what it is like if Tony wasn't around but they would have to bring back some big names I think to keep me probably tuned in.

I love Tony and all, but I'm still invested in a lot of the cast beyond him, so I'll be watching. No one character will make me quit.

For me Tony is/was Hollyoaks...like you I would be invested in the 7 characters you mentioned but knowing Tony was gone, in such a crappy rushed exit would damage my likening of the show, especially if he was dead and never found. Tony is easily my favourite character always has been in my top 3, for me it might become a dipping in and out of the show situation

I am hoping he doesn't end up like Louis
Not complaining but I wonder why she kept him alive, especially saying to Diane that she'll "never see Tony again". Is she planning to kill him too? I would love Tony to be the one who exposes her. I wouldn't be surprised if Tony has no memory of what happened

I guess most of the time they die from 1 attack. I think she does know he is a good father deep down just as he exposed her she will know he will talk if given the chance.
