You don’t always expect to see Hollyoaks and brain reasearch on the same CV but actress and potential neuroscience expert Ashley Slanina-Davies could be set to make it a first! The star, who recently reprised her role as Amy Barnes, had a busy time away studying after leaving the show. Speaking to Metro.co.uk at a recent Hollyoaks press event, she revealed that she is in the middle of a neuroscience degree and has aspirations to work in brain research.
