Mandip Gill who played Phoebe McQueen in Hollyoaks is to star as one half of a pair of time travellers in the new series of BBC1 series Dr Who
Mandip, 29, who appeared in Hollyoaks from 2012 to 2015 bowed out of the show when she was murdered by the Gloved Hand Killer Lindsey Roscoe

I always thought she was a good actress, a character that had so much potential but was wasted on Hollyoaks so good on her
