Help me out someone please. Regardless whether Neil has passed his test who has paid the £3000 - £5000 to insure the Merc? |

Its stupid. The car was a piece of sh*t when Bart got it. How could he afford to repair it all? And how the hell did Neil get insurance! |

His mum "sorted out the insurance so I can drive any car".... like that's possible. |

Would have been better if they just didn't bother with the whole route of learning and getting tested and he just decided to joyride. |

im pretty sure neil said he was insured to drive his dads car, if thats the case it also allows him to drive other cars as well |
